Who is StACY G?

StACY G is a fun, safe space where young people are welcomed and valued. We play games, get creative, facilitate small group conversations about real life issues, teach and mentor, giving students the opportunity to:

  • Meet new people and build strong friendships

  • Grow in resilience, wisdom, and critical thinking and faith

  • Ask honest questions and explore what it means to follow Jesus in today’s world

  • Build positive relationships with trusted, caring leaders

  • Feel accepted, supported, and encouraged

At St Andrew’s, we love seeing young people actively involved in church life. On Sundays, many of our youth take part in:

  • Leading worship or playing in the band

  • Singing in our adult or kids choirs

  • Helping with sound and media

  • Volunteering with our children’s program (The Message)

  • Serving refreshments after church, including coffee, tea, and brunch

We also take part in special events that connect our youth with the wider Christian community, including joint youth services and events such as Maycamp.

While we are a faith-based youth group, teens don't have to be Christian to participate.  We have some students that are active Christians and others that are not.  Our goal is to teach and model positive Biblical values, which leads to thoughtful, kind and caring teens.
