
Children and young people are a highly valued part of life at St Andrew’s. From Sunday mornings to midweek groups, there are spaces for every age to have fun, build positive friendships, and explore faith in a way that feels natural and welcoming.

Age: Pre-reception
When: Sunday services, 8 and 10 am
Where: Back of main church
A welcoming space for our youngest children during Sunday services. Located at the back of the church and parent-led, the creche offers a relaxed spot where little ones and parents can play while still being part of the service.

Age: Reception to Year 7
When: Sundays, 10 am service (term-time)
Where: Church Hall
A fun and engaging space for reception to year 7 children during our Sunday 10am service. Through activities, crafts/art, games and Bible stories, kids explore faith in a way that’s interactive, meaningful, and age-appropriate.
Age: Children comfortable with reading
When: Thursdays, 6-7pm (term-time)

Let your child’s voice and faith shine in our St Andrew's children's choir. At choir, kids get the chance to learn, sing, and be a valuable part of St Andrew's community. Members perform during Sunday services, choir concerts, and other seasonal events such as Christmas.
Age: Year 6-11
When: Thursdays, 6:45-8 pm (term-time)
Where: Church Hall
A lively Thursday night group for young people in Years 6–11 (term-time). With social time, games, activities, and real conversations about faith, it’s a place to build friendships, have fun, and explore faith together. £16 per term, registration required.
Age: Reception to Year 7
When: Monthly (1st Sun, holidays) 10 am service
Where: Main church
On the first Sunday of each month and during school/bank holidays, we worship together as one church family (no Childrens' Message program). These services are designed for all ages, with a relaxed, engaging style that everyone can take part in.
