  2. Check your date/time is available in the availability section.
  3. Check the Rates and carefully read the Terms sections.

– what you would like to use the hall for
The Hall Booking Officer will return your call within a few days.

  1. The Hall Bookings Officer will contact you by phone only to confirm your details and reservation.
  2. Paperwork will be sent to you for completion, signing and return by you along with the full rental amount.
  3. One week prior to your event you must call the Hall Bookings Officer to organise picking up the key. A £20 refundable key deposit will be required.
