If you get an answer machine please leave:
– your full name
– contact phone numbers
– your address
– date and time for your event
– what you would like to use the hall for
The Hall Booking Officer will return your call within a few days.
- The Hall Bookings Officer will contact you by phone only to confirm your details and reservation.
- Paperwork will be sent to you for completion, signing and return by you along with the full rental amount.
- One week prior to your event you must call the Hall Bookings Officer to organise picking up the key. A £20 refundable key deposit will be required.
